Biomiljų has - for many years - performed research on environmental effects of pollution.

	More than 20 diagnostic methods ( Biomarkers) have been implemented and further developed. We are applying proteomic methods to develop biomarkers of different types of pollution.
New concepts for diagnostics in different biotechnology applications have been designed and technologies commercialised. Commercialisation have created the opportunity for financial support to carry out further research developing a marketable product. Innovation examples.
